JobsAlert does not provide employment, recruitment authority, hiring decisions, or guaranteed job placement.

User Responsibilities

Fees and Payments

Payments may be made using methods specified by JobsAlert , including bank transfer, JazzCash, or other approved methods.

Users may be required to provide transaction references, payment receipts, or screenshots for verification purposes.

Refund Policy

If a user requests cancellation before application processing work has begun, JobsAlert may consider a refund request at its sole discretion.

Once application processing, document review, consultation, form preparation, or related service work has started, service fees become non-refundable.

Refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No Employment Guarantee

JobsAlert does not guarantee:

  1. Employment
  2. Selection
  3. Shortlisting
  4. Test success
  5. Interview success
  6. Final appointment

Recruitment outcomes remain entirely under the control of the respective recruiting organization.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, logos, text, graphics, and materials available on the JobsAlert platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsAlert shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, rejection, missed opportunity, or other consequence arising from the use of our platform or services.

Service Modifications

JobsAlert reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service, feature, fee structure, or policy at any time without prior notice.

Termination

JobsAlert reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
